This milestone marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to promoting equal opportunities, enhancing inclusion, and creating a workplace culture where talent can flourish regardless of gender or background.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Annual employee survey focused on preventing and addressing gender-based harassment in the workplace.
- Self-empowerment and professional development programs designed to strengthen skills, confidence, and career growth.
- Training and awareness initiatives dedicated to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics.
- Awareness campaigns held in conjunction with International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (25 November).
- Enhanced work-life balance policies, including an additional five days of paternity leave beyond the statutory entitlement.
- Up to 40 additional remote working days available in cases of pregnancy, maternity, paternity, or gender-based violence.
- Self-empowerment and professional development programs designed to strengthen skills, confidence, and career growth.
- Training and awareness initiatives dedicated to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics.
- Awareness campaigns held in conjunction with International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (25 November).
